Here are a number of reasons why your AllDayGeneric order may not have shipped yet and the easiest way to learn why is just to contact us and ask. For quick reference however your best indication of why your order hasn’t been shipped is to check the order status and for the most part it is pretty self explanatory. For example, if the status is “incomplete payment process or want to pay or pending e-check payment” there is a problem with your payment and you must contact us to resolve the problem, or we are still waiting for your payment to arrive in the mail.
